What if you could gain some control over them, get out from under that weight by doing easy practical things? You can, through the practice of mindfulness. Dr. Judy Itzkowitz will share simple ways you can change your mood regardless of what is happening around you that include physical actions, imaging, and helpful changes to your environment. In this 4-week interactive online workshop, you will learn ways to gain control, embrace life challenges, and be your best self. Who looks after you? You can!

Dr. Judy Itzkowitz has been an educational consultant for 32 years, supporting individuals with differing abilities, their families, and professionals who support them. She brings her professional expertise around mindfulness, resilience, grief, and trauma resolution as well as her personal life experience seeing everything as an opportunity for learning and growth. She is a consultant, teacher, and coach who works with children, youth, adults, and seniors to help people negotiate change more skillfully and experience a greater sense of joy, purpose, and meaning in their lives.
